Terms of Use

Legal agreement outlining user obligations and service conditions for casino access.

1. Acceptance and Scope

1.1. These Terms of Use apply to all users accessing casino and betting services from New Zealand and other permitted jurisdictions. Continued use of the services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments that may be published.

1.2. The company reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email or account notification. Continued use following notification constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

1.3. These Terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any jurisdiction-specific annexes relevant to the user’s location.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

2.1. Users must be at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for gambling in the jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to register and use the services.

2.2. Accurate, current, and complete information must be provided during registration. The provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

2.3. Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials. All activity conducted through an account is the account holder’s sole responsibility.

2.4. Only one account per individual is permitted. Creation of multiple accounts may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.5. Verification documents may be requested at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

3.1. Services are provided solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Commercial use, resale, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

3.2. Services must not be used in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.

3.3. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Use of automated systems, bots, or third-party software to access or interact with services
  • Collusion with other users or third parties
  • Exploitation of errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities
  • Money laundering or other financial crimes
  • Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward staff or other users
  • Circumvention of geographic or technical restrictions

3.4. Accounts may be suspended or terminated and associated transactions voided if prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.

4. Financial Terms

4.1. All transactions are conducted in the currency specified at account registration or as otherwise agreed.

4.2. Users are responsible for all taxes, duties, and charges applicable to gambling activity under their jurisdiction’s laws.

4.3. Deposit, wager, and withdrawal limits may be imposed at the company’s discretion or as required by regulations.

4.4. Withdrawals are subject to verification procedures and may be delayed pending completion of required checks. The company is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.5. Funds held in user accounts do not accrue interest and are maintained separately from operational funds as required by regulatory standards.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials available through the services are the property of the company or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use services for personal purposes only. This licence does not include reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any content.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding availability, functionality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6.2. The company is not liable for losses arising from:

  • Technical failures, interruptions, or downtime
  • Unauthorized access to an account resulting from failure to secure credentials
  • Third-party actions or failures, including those of payment processors
  • Force majeure events beyond reasonable control

6.3. The total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of services shall not exceed the amount deposited into the user’s account during the six months preceding the claim.

6.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7.1. Responsible gambling tools are available. Deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion may be set through account settings or by contacting support.

7.2. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, account access and service use are not permitted.

7.3. The company may impose restrictions or close accounts where problematic gambling behaviour is identified.

8. Termination

8.1. An account may be closed at any time by submitting a written request. Any outstanding balance will be returned following verification procedures, subject to applicable fees or charges.

8.2. Accounts may be suspended or terminated immediately and without prior notice if:

  • Any provision of these Terms is breached
  • Suspension or termination is required by law or regulatory directive
  • Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity is reasonably suspected

8.3. Upon termination, all licences granted under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.2. Disputes arising from these Terms or use of services must first be addressed through the internal complaints procedure. Contact details for lodging complaints are available via support channels.

9.3. If internal resolution is not successful, disputes may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution service as specified in the complaints procedure.

9.4. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. General Provisions

10.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the use of the services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

10.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

10.3. Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

10.4. The company may assign or transfer rights and obligations under these Terms without user consent. Users may not assign or transfer their rights without prior written consent.

10.5. These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict between translated versions, the English version prevails.
